Recipe for 4 persons

  • 12 small or medium-sized potatoes with firm flesh
  • 2 tins salmon eggs
  • 1 tin anchovies
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • Lemon
  • Butter
  • Leaves of salad for garnishing

Preparation

Boil the unpeeled potatoes in salted water for 12 to 15 min. Cool them and cut them in half lengthwise, leaving the skin on. Spread a thin layer of butter on the potato halves. Garnish with the slices of smoked salmon or the anchovies. For the anchovy canapés, accompany with a leaf of salad. Season to taste with lemon. Let your imagine run wild and give your canapés a personal touch by using other ingredients, such as ham, avocado, Roquefort cheese, white cheese with chives… the list goes on and on. We recommend using medium-sized potatoes that you can cut into thin slices.
