

Vitelotte potato chips

Cooking : 6 to 7 minutes
Recipe for 4 persons
Peel and slice the Vitelottes into chips, not too thinly to avoid burning while cooking . Rinse and dry well in a cloth.
Fry chips 160°C for 6 to 7 minutes , be careful they don’t blacken too much. Salt them .
